Lotto4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the lotto4d platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using the lotto4d platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the lotto4d platform, including visitors without an account, registered users, and users accessing services via the mobile app. This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. Any use by individuals below the stipulated age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice.
Lotto4d reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation, Security & Suspension Policy
To access the full suite of lotto4d services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. lotto4d recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with anyone. All activity carried out through your account — including financial transactions — is the responsibility of the account holder.
Account Suspension & Closure
Lotto4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any terms of use, engaged in fraudulent activity, misused the platform, or provided false information during registration. Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal review.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a lotto4d user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following rules of use must be observed in full:
- You are not permitted to use automated software, bots, or any other automated tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Any action that disrupts, damages, or places excessive strain on lotto4d's technical infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
- You may not attempt to access another user's account or any data that does not belong to you.
- Any form of fraud, collusion between players, or match manipulation is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
- You must ensure that all funds deposited into your account originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- Users are not permitted to reproduce, sell, or commercialise any content from the platform without prior written consent from lotto4d.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in legal action and immediate account closure without any refund.
4. Payment Information, MYR Transactions & Withdrawals
All transactions on the lotto4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details submitted are accurate and belong to them. lotto4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Accepted Deposit Methods
The platform supports a range of Malaysian local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX services via major banks, and internet banking transfers. Most deposits are processed automatically within minutes upon payment confirmation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered under a name matching the lotto4d account. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take between 1 to 3 business days under normal circumstances.
Transaction Disputes
In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, users must contact the support team within 14 days of the transaction date. lotto4d reserves the right to investigate and issue a final decision based on internal system records. Any further enquiries regarding payment terms may be referred to the FAQ.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
Lotto4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or temporary service suspensions. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lotto4d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of lotto4d or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without explicit written authorisation. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may be subject to legal action.
Third-Party Links
The lotto4d platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. lotto4d does not control the content, policies, or practices of any third party and accepts no responsibility for their content or actions. Access to any such links or services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Right to Amend Terms
Lotto4d reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
